A dispute to be registered by our agent over call, after analysis and verifying proofs refund process will be generated against the order ID. Our agents will keep on updating on status of dispute submitted.

On receiving your submitted complaint request at our help desk, you will receive a complaint ID as reference number. Agents from ATZCart will collect necessary evidences and revert you on same.
